HOW DOES ANGELO DELIVER ORDERS?

We request the customer to collect their order when it is ready. Angelo will intimate the customer when the order is ready via email and text message. The customer can use a variety of delivery apps to pick up the order.

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

The cheese production is based on the incoming orders. For this reason, we do not currently accept cancellations. If you believe there is a mistake with your order then please contact us referencing your name and order number. We will do our best to help you.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Yes. The delivery will be initiated by the customer. The customer will incur the costs of the delivery.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Cheese production happens once every week. Once orders are ready for collection, the customer will be intimated via email and text message. Orders must be collected as soon as possible.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of the products that Angelo sells, we are unable to accept returns at this time. 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?

All of Angelo's products go through rigorous quality and safety checks. In the unlikely event that your product has a defect or is damaged in transit, please reach out to us by email with your name, order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. Where appropriate, we will offer you a full replacement.
